Indigo Dye Silk Scarves
$50.00
Elegant silk scarves, locally dyed-by-hand with Japanese indigo, revealing a gentle palette of blues from soft, cloudy summer sky to deep ocean.
Wafty, light-weight plain weave pongee (paj) silk scarves, measuring 200cm long x 55cm wide with a hand-rolled hem, these pieces make a versatile addition to your wardrobe, transitioning between the seasons.
Dyed-by-hand with genuine Japanese Yomato indigo dye, each piece is unique with variegated tones part of their handmade charm.
Sold individually, choose from six pieces in this collection.
CARE: Occasional hand-wash only, very gently, in warm water. Slight colour run possible. Dry in shade. Cool iron. Natural colours evolve over time, as all things in nature do. Exposure to sun hastens the process.
I do my best to represent colours accurately, naturally dyed textiles reflect different tones and depths of colour in different lights. Please allow for variations with different screens and monitors.
