Ginkgo Specimen Tin

$30.00

Vintage ginkgo specimen tin, a unique gift offering connection to the wonders of Mother Earth.

A sacred tree representing eternal life, ginkgoes are essentially living fossils, thriving 270 million years ago, before the age of dinosaurs.

Ginkgo trees growing near Hiroshima survived the atomic bomb, making them a powerful symbol of hope, longevity and profound endurance, inspiring us to contemplate peace in the face of destruction.

Assembled with care, each vintage cigar tin holds a large pressed gingko leaf from my garden, resting on a piece of vintage kimono fabric. The tin lid features an original ginkgo leaf eco-print, with plant significance included inside.

Lidded tin measure approx 8.5cm x 7cm x 1.5cm.
