Dirriwang Emu Feather Gemstone Earrings

$50.00

Dirrawang - Emu feather and gemstone, sterling silver earrings, handcrafted by Aboriginal jewellery artist, Sonia Pallett.

Born in Wiradjuri Country, the land of three rivers, Dubbo NSW, Sonia creates jewellery bringing her ancestor's storytelling symbols into a modern light with non-traditional wearable art.

Dirrawang in Wiradjuri language means emu feather.

Light to wear, these stunning earrings feature Black Agate and Mookaite semi-precious gemstones, approx 8mm diameter. Combined with emu feathers, hanging from handmade sterling silver hooks, with a total hang length of approx 15cm. Feathers can be carefully trimmed if you wish to wear these earrings shorter.

Emu feathers ethically foraged in Yuwaalaraay Country.
