Wallaby Family Card

Nicole Berlach's 'Wallaby Family' is part of a series celebrating our Australian fauna and their connections with specific habitat.

There are seven wallaby species on the threatened list due to land clearing; introduced pests like foxes, cats and dogs; the destruction of native grasses; and different fire patterns since European settlement. You might come across these creatures if you're out and about during dawn, dusk and night time.
