Considered "fibre of the gods” in Inca times, alpaca is softer, stronger and warmer than merino wool and cashmere. Famous for its luxuriousness and softness - it doesn’t prickle the skin. With no lanolin content it is hypoallergenic.

Alpaca is easy to care for, just place in a tub of COLD water and use a mild detergent to gently soak the garment. No need to rub or twist, gently squeeze the suds through, then rinse in cold water and place flat on a towel to dry.
