Cherry Shrub Syrup

With its gorgeous red hue and inviting aroma, Cherry Shrub Syrup offers pleasant tartness with notes of cherry and slight peach. Makes the perfect sangria and a delicious gin & tonic. Awarded a Bronze Medal at the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards, 2021 and Drinkeasy Awards 2021 - Non-Alcoholic category award.

Lime Shrub Syrup

Mix with soda water, ice and a sprig of mint for a refreshing sparkling lime drink. Add some gin for a great gin & tonic alternative. Perfect with white rum for mojitos and tequila for margaritas.

White Peach Shrub Syrup

About the Maker

Born from a pregnant woman's desire for delicious, non-alcoholic cocktail alternatives, the discovery of traditional shrub recipes led to The Curious Cabinet's creation in 2019. With a low waste philosophy, The Curious Cabinet also developed a range of delicious preserves and pantry products using the fruit left over from making their shrub syrups.
