Handcrafted brass bangles, drawing on Japan's evolving metalworking traditions, classic accessories for any occasion.
1mm thick brass plate is cut, hammered and polished smooth, revealing the deep shine and texture of solid brass.
Sold individually, choose from band widths - Wide: 20mm / Mid: 10mm / Thin: 6mm.
Inner width of bangles is approx 7cm, with open ended slit which can be gently adjusted to slide on and off.
Brass patina will age naturally over time, through oxidisation.
CARE: To restore shine to oxidised brass, gently rub with something acidic, such as lemon juice or vinegar. For heavier oxidisation, rub with salt. Neutralise the acid by placing item in a solution of baking soda and water. Rinse and dry.
