Choose from these delightful flowers:

Sweet Pea: perfect for your own sweet pea, these beautiful, fragrant, colourful flowers are easy to grow and will put a smile on anyone’s face. A climbing vine, sweet peas can grow up a trellis or trail from a hanging basket. Sow in summer and autumn in a bright sunny position.

Echinacea : perfect when healing, positive thoughts and love are needed. Echinacea is a purple flower with a prominent central cone, giving it the more common name of ‘Coneflower’. They are loved by pollinators such as honeybees and butterflies, making an attractive addition to a cottage style garden. A lovely cut flower and widely used as a medicinal herb to support the immune system and reduce symptoms of cold, flus and other illnesses. Plant in free draining soil in a sunny location. Bury seeds as deep as the height of the seed and keep soil moist.

Chamomile : a gentle, nurturing gift, Chamomile is a herb with a white daisy-like flower, used for centuries as a natural remedy for improving sleep and digestive health. High in antioxidants, with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, it is known for its soothing effects, a gentle relaxant. Chamomile produces a pleasant apple scent with its abundance of flowers. To make a tea, simply gather the flowers and infuse them in hot water. Plant in full sun or light shade during late winter/early spring. Bury seeds as deep as the height of the seed and keep the soil moist.

Forget-me-nots : a sweet, tiny blue cottage garden flowers which hold sentimental feelings for many. Easy to grow, these seeds can be sown in part shade and are equally as happy in pots or in the garden. Sow in summer and autumn at a depth of 3mm. Flowers will bloom in late winter and early spring.
Poppies : If you’ve ever stumbled upon a bed of Poppies in flower you'll know how enchanting they are. Bright pink and red delicate petals and serated green leaves appear as if out of a fairytale. Best sown in autumn and winter, scatter seeds in full sun and cover with only a very thin layer of soil.

Love in a Mist is a soft blue cottage garden flower with fennel like foliage. Best sown in autumn and spring, scatter seeds in a sunny position and a thin layer of soil. Your gift will continually give through masses of floral displays to be enjoyed year after year.

Sunflowers : everyone recognises this cheerful, stately flower, very quick and easy to grow. Sow in spring and summer in full sun at a depth of 10mm. Watch your sunflowers bloom and provide a pop of colour for your garden. The perfect companion plant in your vegetable garden.

Zinnias 'Hooray' : Send a big "Hooray" to mark a milestone occasion with bright and cheerful zinnias. Sow in Spring and Summer in a sunny spot, zinnias grow easily from seed providing massive bursts of colour in the garden.
