Unique air plants that look great in our ceramic planters.
From the Tillandsia family, air plants do not need soil to grow. In the forests, mountains and deserts of South and Central America these plants emerge in crooks and branches of trees without harming them.
Air plants thrive in bright, indirect light. The brighter, drier and warmer the space, the more watering required. Every 1-2 weeks soak in room temperate water for 5-10 minutes. Shake off excess water and turn upside down on a towel to dry. Air plants will rot if they are allowed to stand in water. Once a week mist plants. If plant tips become brown, water more frequently.
Each plant is different and may vary from those pictured. Please note, the planters pictured are holding 2-3 air plants.
