Striking ceramic brooch capturing Katherine Wheeler's intricate hand painted detail.
Organically hand-formed in fine white porcelain this leaf/feather shaped brooch features sgraffito texturing, washes of colour and touches of 24ct gold lustre highlight.
Pendant measures 60mm long x 28mm wide, with a pin clasp, and can be worn on any angle.
Perfect for holding scarves and clothing in place, or a simply beautiful piece on it's own.
Fired to high temperatures to ensure their strength, these pieces will withstand normal wear and tear, but will most likely not survive being dropped on a hard surface. They can be gently washed in warm soapy water, with no abrasives.
