Beautiful little Japanese mino ware teapot, sure to enhance your solitary tea-drinking experience.
Earthy ceramic with black glaze scraped off to reveal uneven vertical lines in the traditional tokusa pattern. Inspired by the tall horsetail grasses of Japan, the design is said to be auspicious. An old Japanese saying - "Polishing gold with tokusa increases its lustre" suggests tokusa attracts abundance and wealth.
With 350ml capacity, teapot measures 10cm tall x 16cm wide (from handle to spout).
