Botanical Dye Pure Linen Scarves : Autumn Collection
Subtle autumnal colours captured in these lovely pure linen scarves.
Fine weave, handloomed linen, these scarves are botanically dyed by hand - a slow, multi-step process of preparing the fabric and extracting dyes, often with locally foraged plants.
This Autumn Collection draws colours from Wattle, Eucalyptus, Himalayan Rhubarb and Pomegranate.
Each scarf is unique, as no two dye pots are the same, irregularities in texture and colour are part of their natural charm.
Measuring 200cm long x 40cm wide these pieces are light to wear, making a versatile addition to your wardrobe, transitioning between the seasons.
Natural colours evolve over time, as all things in nature do. Exposure to sun hastens the process.
Occasional hand-wash only, very gently, in cold water. Dry in shade.
Scarves can be refreshed with a plant-based dye bath or eco-print, please contact us if you have any questions.
We do our best to photograph these scarves accurately but please allow for variations in monitor reproduction.
Handmade in Castlemaine by Tribe with handloomed scarf sourced from India.
